Thomas focuses on technology innovations and their impact on strategies, such as the disruptive role of technology in bridging the digital and physical worlds. He has worked with clients from nearly every industry — including consumer goods, luxury, travel, retail, and financial services — to advise and guide the development of their strategies. Thomas has spoken at numerous events, including Mobile World Congress, Mobile Convention Amsterdam, DMEXCO, and WebSummit, and he is regularly quoted in leading media outlets, such as The New York Times, The Wall Street Journal, Reuters, Les Echos, and Le Monde.

Paolo Iabichino

Creative Director

In the ADV industry since the '90s, he's been Executive Creative Director at Ogilvy Italy. He invented the Invertising concept, that became a manifesto for new and more aware advertising messages. Cannes Festival jury member, he focuses on creativity and new languages in and outside social media. He is part of the Comitato Scientifico dell'Osservatorio Storytelling di Pavia and has published Scripta Volant - a new alphabet to write (and read) advertisement today. He supervises Tracce series, written by pioneers and read by who wants to walk new paths. He has been Master of the College Digital at Scuola Holden in 2018-2020.

Umberto Pelizzari

Freediver world champion

He is an Italian freediver, widely considered among the best of all times. Of his era, he is the sole person to have established world records in all the then existing disciplines of freediving. Umberto is working as a journalist and reporter in television programs about science. He created Apnea Academy, a school for freediving, researching and teaching. The Ministry of the Interior nominated him as a component of teaching group for courses of National Fire Department scuba divers. Since 2006 he's worked as a teacher in Superior Normal School S.Anna in Pisa, at the Master of Underwater and Iperbaric Medicine.

Corrado Pelligra, dopo 15 anni di esperienza nell’area Sales & Marketing, nel 1987 fonda Contact Center: uno dei più innovativi player sul mercato italiano. In seguito avvia una carriera dirigenziale in una delle multinazionali leader nel BPO. La conoscenza delle dinamiche di Customer Interaction, dei bisogni delle aziende e del supporto nella relazione con i loro clienti, nel 2011 spingono Corrado a creare Omega3C: innovativa società di Consulting e Customer Experience Management Solutions che, grazie alla capacità di anticipare le tendenze, sta diventando il punto di riferimento nel mercato italiano.

Ennio Favarato

He has been involved in Sales & Marketing Performance projects for over twenty years, helping entrepreneurs and managers to achieve the best conditions for success. Before becoming consultant he worked in multinational companies such as FCA and UPS, where he carried out projects for the reorganization and development of the sales force at European level. Always a Partner for Italy of Miller Heiman Group, he is personally involved in Sales & Digital Transformation projects, development of direct and indirect sales channels and new go to markets.

Stefano Branduardi

Marketing Director


Stefano started his career by developing digital projects in GWC World and later in Ogilvy Interactive, for a total of 7 years. In 2011 he joined MailUp with the goal of creating and managing the Project Management department. He was in charge of the technical integration between the MailUp platform and external systems such as CRMs, ERPs, e-commerce platforms, etc.
Since 2015 he is Marketing Director at MailUp and leads the marketing team and the development of product strategies, both nationally and internationally. Thanks to his 10 years' experience in the digital industry, he now teaches at a number of universities and other institutions.

Chiara Scesa

UX Lead

Chiara Scesa is a philosopher transplanted to information architecture and User experience design.
She designs places made of information researching on needs of who populate them.
Asking questions, listening, and drawing insights are her tools to uncover people's mental models and goals to face any kind of projects ranging from websites to task oriented products to whole new banks.
This evidence-based method allows her to make meaningful design choices for all actors involved and to support business objectives.
She works as a UX lead in MailUp Group and teaches Human centered design at the IAAD in Bologna.

Tiziano Barbagallo

Country Manager Italy


Tiziano is Country Manager Italy at Datatrics since January 2019. His goal is to create a new team, launch the platform in the Italian market and improve the customers and revenues growth. He gained experience in the Digital and Telco industry, where he spent the past 9 years. Tiziano worked 5 years at Schibsted Media Group, since 2017 as Country Manager of Pagomeno, contributing to the platform launch in Italy, and before that as Business Development Manager of Subito. Formerly he worked 4 years at Vodafone Italy as Senior Project Manager in the Corporate market.
