Emotional Intelligence for people-centered businesses
Why emotional intelligence?
The evolution of technologies and artificial intelligence puts us at a crossroads: witness the escalation or control it. In the current context, we are convinced that a paradigm shift is increasingly necessary: companies must review the approach they use to perceive and recognize their interlocutor.
What role does the individual play?
Human Centric Innovation, Practical Empathy, and Inclusive Design are some of the key themes that answer this question; we will address them with the help of digital marketing professionals and international speakers. In the second part of the day we will analyze in detail, and with real testimonials, the processes to launch in order to transform your company into a human-centered business.
On May 20th we will explore the topic of emotional intelligence, learn its characteristics, and will together seek to understand the effects it will have on marketing strategies and on all of us, as both individuals and marketers.

CRM & Advanced Analytics
MailUp's role is not that of a mere supplier, but of a trainer too. I really appreciate their constant engagement in events like the Marketing Conference, but not only - webinars, white papers, newsletters covering relevant topics for improving our daily business. This is never monetized in a contract - and yet means a great deal in our satisfaction as customers.
Wonderfully organized, with fantastic guests. Plenty of food for thought. Recommended.
The Conference underlines MailUp's mission to go beyond email and be the reference point for everyone working in the digital field. This event stands out from the overcrowded mass of Italian events, thanks to a perfect mix between organization, know how and hands-on keynote speeches. Sessions were never brand commercials, but real experiences meant to suggest ideas and inspiration to the audience.
The ticket includes the access to the Conference, event materials, coffee break, lunch and networking cocktails. Fees grow fast: get your seat now!
